When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, company, phone number if provided, and event information you submit, such as dates, group size, objectives and budget. Website security and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and request logs to operate and protect the service.

3. Purposes

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, manage potential or existing business relationships, coordinate requested event services, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
